St. Monica’s Mission
St. Monica’s Mission is a membership community for Catholics who share the sorrow of loving someone who is far from the faith and who commit to praying intentionally for one another’s loved ones. Through this shared intercession and ongoing faith formation, members deepen their own relationship with Jesus Christ and renew their devotion to the sacramental life of the Church.
Parish-based chapters also prepare members through study, prayer, and frequent Confession to welcome and serve those who are weak or vulnerable in faith, especially returning Catholics and young, single Catholic adults.
Wayfinders Parish Initiative
The Wayfinders Parish Initiative helps parishes become more welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging spiritual homes for single adult Catholics who have never married and have no children. By recognizing their essential gifts and value within the Catholic community, the initiative strengthens Wayfinders in their Catholic identity, discipleship, and connection to parish life through prayer, formation, and supportive relationships.
The program fosters a parish-wide effort to pray for the Wayfinders to receive special graces and strength from Eucharistic devotion and prepare them to discern and embrace their eventual vocation, especially sacramental marriage, priesthood, or religious life.
Koinonia Covenant Groups
Koinonia Covenant Groups are parish-based small groups of Catholics who consecrate themselves to the Holy Spirit and pray to amplify the graces and gifts they originally received in Confirmation. They commit themselves to forming deep Christian bonds through prayer, honest fellowship, forgiveness, sacramental life, and growth in virtue.
Together, members actively pray and work for their parish to become a living realization of the New Testament vision of Christian community: the Body of Christ, the Bride of Christ, and a field hospital of mercy for the wounded. Rooted in the love of Jesus, these groups seek to strengthen one another as authentic disciples while helping the parish as a whole to become a welcoming spiritual home ready to minister to lost, wounded, and returning Catholics.
Bridge Across the Tiber
Bridge Across the Tiber helps Catholics understand, honor, and live more deeply from the grace of the Sacrament of Baptism—both our own baptism and the baptism truly received by Christians in separated churches. Inspired by the Lord Jesus’ high priestly prayer “that they all may be one” and Pope St. John Paul II’s Ut Unum Sint, participants learn to build sincere Christian bonds of friendship, enter into real conversations of faith, and help break down barriers through prayer, humility, and the love of the Gospel.
This program also prepares Catholics to help their parish become a welcoming place where separated Christians feel invited to visit, ask honest questions, and even explore the fullness of Catholic faith through OCIA.

Leaving the Ninety-Nine to Seek the One
A parish-based outreach program that forms practicing Catholics to seek out those who have drifted away from the Church, meet them where they are, and gently remind them that the Church is still their spiritual home. Going out into the highways and byways, the streets, and the community to engage in real conversations.
Through prayer, friendship, listening, invitation, and merciful accompaniment, Heart of the Shepherd Outreach helps parishes become active signs of Christ’s love for every lost sheep. No soul is disposable, no absence is unnoticed by God, and no one is beyond the reach of the Shepherd’s merciful love.
St. Thomas’ Helpers
St. Thomas’ Helpers strengthens bonds of Christian friendship between Bridge of Mercy Ministries and faithful communities in Andhra Pradesh, India. Through our relationships with a Catholic parish in Markapur in the Diocese of Nellore, and with Alpha Global Ministries (a non-denominational, non-profit organization) and Alpha Bible College (its ecumenical theological institute), we share prayer, formation, encouragement, and practical support.
The courageous faith of India’s Christian minority reminds Catholics in the West what it means to worship Christ with joy, sacrifice, and perseverance. Inspired by the early Church, we seek to learn from one another, bear one another’s burdens, and stand together as brothers and sisters in Christ.
